Através da ILCMA, a LICAM busca promover o intercâmbio técnico e cultural entre diferentes modalidades, fortalecendo a certificação, o reconhecimento de graduações e a valorização das artes marciais em nível internacional.

Nosso compromisso é preservar a tradição marcial, incentivar a formação de líderes e contribuir para o crescimento das artes marciais em diversos países.

Presidência Internacional

A ILCMA – International League of Combat and Martial Arts é presidida pelo Shihan Ricardo Polato, profissional com décadas de dedicação às artes marciais, atuando como professor, gestor esportivo, árbitro, formador de faixas-pretas e dirigente de entidades marciais.

Como Presidente da ILCMA e da LICAM – Liga Internacional de Combate e Artes Marciais, Shihan Ricardo Polato tem como missão promover a integração entre diferentes modalidades, fortalecer o reconhecimento técnico de atletas e professores, incentivar a formação de novos líderes e ampliar o alcance das artes marciais em âmbito nacional e internacional.

Sua trajetória é marcada pelo compromisso com os valores que fundamentam as artes marciais: disciplina, respeito, honra, lealdade e excelência, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de organizações, academias e praticantes em diversos segmentos do universo marcial.

Through the ILCMA, LICAM seeks to promote technical and cultural exchange among different martial arts disciplines, enhancing certification programs, rank recognition, and the international appreciation of martial arts.

International Presidency

The ILCMA – International League of Combat and Martial Arts is led by Shihan Ricardo Polato, a martial arts professional with decades of dedication to the martial arts community, serving as an instructor, sports administrator, referee, black belt examiner, and leader of martial arts organizations.

As President of both the ILCMA and LICAM – Liga Internacional de Combate e Artes Marciais, Shihan Ricardo Polato is committed to promoting integration among different martial arts disciplines, strengthening the technical recognition of athletes and instructors, encouraging the development of future leaders, and expanding the reach of martial arts at both national and international levels.

His career has been guided by the core values that define martial arts: discipline, respect, honor, loyalty, and excellence. Through his leadership, he continues to contribute to the growth and development of organizations, academies, instructors, and practitioners across various sectors of the martial arts community.
